SHIPPING

Delivery charges will be applied according to the respective delivery areas.

Pural delivers only to Kuwait at this point of time.

To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed delivery partners and our own delivery drivers.

Delivery times are between 9.00am – 12.00am. Any orders made before 11.00pm will be delivered on the same day

Note : Delays may occur. As of the orders that are placed after 11.00 PM the delivery will take place the next day.

If you believe that the product is not in perfect condition or if the packaging has been tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take the package, and call us on +965 60388784 (9.00am – 6.00pm) or mail us at (info@pural.co), mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement is made to you at the earliest.
